our brand

Established in 2020, Brooklyn NY, OUTDOORSKATES started as a grassroots community pop-up, activating underutilized third spaces and parks with open roller skating sessions, group lessons, art, health & wellness resources and experiences. So, the Skate Social event series began. An interactive event that combines roller skating, live performances, art, health & wellness vendors and experiences. —Our goal? Go Outdoors. Be Adventurous & Make New Friends.

We combine our beginner skate environment with art, social, health & wellness experiences suited for skaters and spectators. Encouraging attendees to go outdoors, create healthy habits and make new connections in their community. We have since grown to provide skate socials and produce skate events for schools, community organizations, vendors fairs and festivals!
